Sand Dune is coated with SolaReflect featuring COOL-TEC technology, which follows the SS500:2015 specification to prevent or cover hairline cracks. The top coat reflects solar radiation away from the building’s surface, thus reducing heat build-up and improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of the coated building.
