  1. DiDiDi CASH Rewards Programme will be granted at the sole discretion of Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd, who will verify the eligibility of each application.
    Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd 将对每 一 份DiDiDi 会员申请的评估送选, 并酌情决定是否授予申请。
  2. A membership card will be given to each member upon successful application. The unique card number will identify the member and will be used to participate in any event or offer.
    申请成功后, 每名会员都将获得 一 张会员卡。每名会员的卡号均不相同, 会员可赁会员卡参与活动或享受任何优惠。
  3. Nippon Paint reserves the right to deactivate membership account if it has been inactive for a period of six (6) months or more and/or has less than 500 DiDiDi points in twelve (12) months.
    如果会员帐户已停用六 (6) 个月或更长时间和/或在十二 (12) 个月内少于 500 DiDiDi积分, Nippon Paint保留停用会员帐户的权利。
  4. Members must notify Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd should there be any change in their particulars (eg: mailing address, mobile number).
    如果会员的个人资料有所更改 (如电邮地址或手机号码), 则必须通知 Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd
  5. DiDiDi CASH Rewards card is only valid for use in Singapore and is not transferable or refundable.
    DiDiDi 现金奖励卡仅能在新加坡使用，且不得转让或退还。
  6. Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the membership programme and its offers without any prior notice.
    Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd 有权在不另行通知的情况下, 更改会员计划条件以及其优惠政策。
  7. All decisions made by Nippon Paint (S) Co. Pte Ltd are final and no correspondence or claims will be entertained.
