Job Summary
Reports to: Senior Manager (Retail)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Responsible for driving sales of the retail channel.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time.
- Ensure workplace safety and security
- Sales and service to dealers, painters and customers
- Prepare & submit paint specification quotations if required
- Gather market intelligence
- Identify new and potential customers
- Attend to warranty, painting defects and complaints
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and able to address complaints in a timely manner
- Customer service and target oriented individuals
- Applicants will need to have their own vehicles
- Product knowledge training will be provided
