Job Summary
Reports to: Senior Manager (Projects)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Assist in overseeing the management of painting projects for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the workplace safety and security
- Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time
- To troubleshoot painting defects and complaints
- Project budgeting, quotations and tenders
- To promote and gather project market intelligence
- May head a team and assist to oversee painting projects and schedule work accordingly
- Assists and support the Senior Manager in the planning and controlling of all painting projects
- Oversees the management of all painting projects
- Assist the Senior Manager to plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate work in the Projects Department
Job Requirements
- Possess own vehicle
- Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and result-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure
- Good contacts and strong network with Main Contractors in the construction/building industry
- Preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in paint or related industry
- Min. Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
